We are professional team of excited young people. We love what we do and that´s why we give our best organizing various events for every taste and age group including festivals. parties, trips, gatherings, networking events, charity events, sport events (pilates, zumba, bodyworkout), educational and creative workshops, even activities for children or spiritual events (meditation, yoga, belly dance, gong bath, workshops). All events are open to public and guided in English. In case of necessity we can provide translation to Slovak and some other languages

There are no professional dancers in our club. Rather, people from all walks of life come here after school or work to dance in good company. We dance for the fun and joy of dancing. And we speak English 🙂

Round dance – ballroom dancing with a twist: a cuer tells you what to dance. We dance cha-cha, two-step, waltz, foxtrot, rumba, samba, jive, tango, quickstep and other dances to recorded music. Names of dance figures previously taught are spoken over the playing music by a cuer, bypassing the need for dancers to learn entire dance choreographies.
Square dance – dynamic and variable choreographies for 8 people – a “square”. In this dance, a caller calls out the names of figures for the dancers to dance. The dancers need to recognise the individual figures, but they never know the combinations in which the figures will arrive as this is up to the the caller’s imagination.
Please bring shoes with non-marking soles to the open house. And don’t be afraid to come without a partner 🙂
If you decide to join the beginner course, the membership fee is €60 for 3 months or €100 for 6 months (this is about €2 for an hour).
