We are professional team of excited young people. We love what we do and that´s why we give our best organizing various events for every taste and age group including festivals. parties, trips, gatherings, networking events, charity events, sport events (pilates, zumba, bodyworkout), educational and creative workshops, even activities for children or spiritual events (meditation, yoga, belly dance, gong bath, workshops). All events are open to public and guided in English. In case of necessity we can provide translation to Slovak and some other languages

Mindful Valen-time

Reconnect and deepen your relationship through mindful pair yoga and heartfelt sharing.
This workshop is an invitation for couples to spend one day refreshing their relationship by
– feeling, holding and supporting each other in mindful yoga-poses
– celebrate the journey of their partnership with words, gestures, gazes
– honoring the connection with your partner in a gentle mindful way
Program:
9:30 – 10:00 Intro to the day and getting to know each other
10:00 – 12:00 Mindful yoga and meditation for couples
12:00 – 13:00 Celebration in relationships (intro and pair exercises I)
lunch break (possibility of eating together)
14:00 – 15:30 authentic sharing and celebration (pair exercises II)
15:30 – 16: 00 Mindful Yoga and Closure
