In this session you will learn simple and effective relaxation\, meditation techniques to reduce stress\, calm your mind\, improve focus and enhance the quality of your life. \nThe practice regulates the mind’s non-stop activity and uncovers the potential of the heart’s unique qualities. \nWhat to bring: A journal / diary to record your experience \nPrice: The workshop is FREE of charge and open to all. The Heartfulness initiative is supported by voluntary donations. \nHeartfulness is a non-profit initiative offered in more than 100 countries across the globe. It has no religious associations or inclinations and is a simple practice that can be integrated into modern day life. It can be taken up by anyone above the age of 15. \n
